Confirmed Line-Ups: Bournemouth vs Manchester City (Premier League)
Manchester City travel to the south coast in their latest Premier League encounter as they take on Bournemouth on Saturday evening.
It follows a return to winning ways in midweek as City dismissed of the challenge of Brentford in their long-awaited game in hand against the Bees, with a single goal from Erling Haaland late in the second-half making the difference.
Manchester City however are having some issues converting chances in front of goal, having scored just two goals in their last two games despite registering a staggering 56 shots on their opponents’ net.
Pep Guardiola will be hoping for a change in that form against a somewhat struggling Andoni Iraola side on Saturday evening, with Bournemouth yet to register a single win in the Premier League in 2024.
There has been success from the south coast club in the FA Cup however, joining Manchester City in the fifth round of the competition next week when they host Enzo Maresca’s Championship-leading Leicester City.
As for Manchester City, they travel to Bournemouth with a largely fully-fit squad at their disposal, although Jack Grealish and Josko Gvardiol remain ruled out with muscular and ankle ligament problems respectively.
Ahead of kick-off at the Vitality Stadium in the Premier League, both Andoni Iraola and Pep Guardiola have confirmed their respective Bournemouth and Manchester City starting line-ups!
