Pep Guardiola has named his Manchester City team for Sunday’s Premier League clash against Tottenham at the Etihad Stadium.

Manchester City are looking for their first Premier League victory since early November, as they seek to close the gap to Arsenal at the top of the table to one point at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Tottenham visit the home of the treble-winners this weekend, with Spurs having lost their last three Premier League matches against Chelsea, Wolves and Aston Villa, amid a major injury crisis at the North London club.

Manchester City themselves have been contending with injury problems, with Pep Guardiola not making a substitute during last weekend’s frustrating 1-1 draw with Liverpool, as the Sky Blues dropped points for the second successive league match.

John Stones, Mateo Kovacic and Matheus Nunes all returned to first-team training ahead of Sunday’s clash against Spurs, meanwhile Jack Grealish returned for Manchester City in midweek, having missed the draw against Liverpool.

Sunday afternoon’s clash comes prior to a round of midweek Premier League fixtures, with Manchester City facing a challenging meeting of their own as they travel to face Aston Villa on Wednesday evening.

However, full focus will be on Sunday’s meeting with Spurs, and ahead of kick-off at the Etihad Stadium, Pep Guardiola and Ange Postecoglou have now confirmed their respective starting line-ups.
