Manchester City will have a total of 19 first-team players representing their nations during the upcoming international break in April.

With the World Cup on the horizon, national teams will turn their attentions to the upcoming tournament and ensuring that they get into their form.

Eight City players could be involved for England at Wembley Stadium on Thursday night when they face Brazil in the first-ever Women’s Finalissima, as the Euro winners face the South American champions.

The Blues’ WSL title hopes were dealt a significant blow on Sunday, as Gareth Taylor’s side suffered a 2-1 defeat to Arsenal at Meadow Park – a first defeat in the league since September.
