Manchester City square off against Leeds United on their march towards another coveted Premier League title, in their latest top-flight contest this weekend.

Last time out, City demolished a West Ham side who were without a number of their key players and fielded a reduced substitutes bench due to illness, most notably England international Declan Rice.

Pep Guardiola’s side ran out 3-0 winners in the end as Nathan Ake, Phil Foden and Erling Haaland all found themselves on the scoresheets, with the Norwegian frontman setting the record for the most goals scored in a single Premier League season.

However, The Sky Blues now play host to a struggling Leeds United side. The Whites recently sacked now-former boss Javi Gracia and have since appointed veteran manager Sam Allardyce as the replacement.

The side from Yorkshire have long been below-par this season, in direct contrast to a rampant Manchester City team who find themselves top of the Premier League by a single point, but crucially also have a game in hand.

Additionally, this match-up provides an interesting dynamic as Allardyce has not had long to work with his squad and is fighting for points in a bid to stave off the increasing likelihood of Championship football next season.

Ahead of the tie at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday afternoon, here are all of the stand-out statistics and potential landmarks to look out for!
