Manchester City are looking to reach the UEFA Champions League semi-finals for a third successive season on Wednesday evening.

Pep Guardiola’s side take a three goal advantage into the second-leg clash with Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena after a thumping victory at the Etihad Stadium last week.

Rodri, Bernardo Silva and Erling Haaland were all on the scoresheet, as City took a major step towards reaching the final four of the European competition.

Current holders Real Madrid await the winners in the semi-finals, with the potential for a repeat of last years clash between the La Liga heavyweights and Manchester City, should the Blues progress in midweek.

City are on a 10 game winning streak and beat Leicester City 3-1 at the weekend, racing into a three goal lead at the Etihad Stadium, inside the opening 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, Bayern Munich stuttered to a 1-1 draw against Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga, with Thomas Tuchel’s team having won just one their last four matches in all competitions.

Manchester City haven’t won at the Allianz Arena since 2013 and ahead of kick-off in Bavaria, both Thomas Tuchel and Pep Guardiola have confirmed their respective starting line-ups!
