The meeting between Manchester City and Huddersfield Town will mark Pep Guardiola and his players’ first game of the new calendar year, but could yet close off 2023 with silverware through the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup.

Looking ahead to the third round of the Emirates FA Cup in January, Manchester City and Huddersfield supporters have now been made aware of the all-important TV scheduling details around the next stage of the competition.

Following confirmation from the competition itself, Manchester City against Huddersfield Town will not be shown live on TV for viewers in the United Kingdom.
