Manchester City’s on-loan stars are firmly embedded into their new clubs, and a number of players were at the very forefront of successes throughout October.
15 players were in action last month, with goals, assists, and late drama to go over in our latest edition of the loan round-up, including impressive action from the likes of Liam Delap, Josh Wilson-Esbrand, and Yan Couto.

Delap scored goals against Birmingham City and Southampton, with his contribution in the contest at St Andrew’s Stadium leading to a convincing 0-2 win against the side now managed by Wayne Rooney.

With his minutes across his three appearances increasing from four, to 14, and up to 24 minutes, November is likely to see Wilson-Esbrand back up to full fitness and playing a more integral role in the outputs of Stade de Reims in Ligue 1 action in particular.

A stellar month from the on-loan Manchester City full-back, whom we can now refer to as a senior Brazil international following his call-up and debut with the South American giants last month as a direct result of his exemplary performances with the high-flying La Liga side.
October saw Couto deliver two assists alongside two clean sheets with his defensive teammates in the Catalan city, providing the delivery for the match-winning goal in a 0-1 away victory against Cadiz at the start of the month.
Another assist would follow immediately after the conclusion of the international break, as Yan Couto provided yet another delivery as part of a crushing 5-2 win over Almeria in La Liga action, as Girona continue to lead Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Atletico Madrid at the top of the division.
