Manchester City conclude their Premier League title winning campaign against Brentford on Sunday afternoon.

The Blues travel to West London to complete their league season after being crowned Premier League champions for a third consecutive year last weekend.

City are currently on a 25-match unbeaten streak in all competitions and drew 1-1 at the AMEX against Brighton on Wednesday evening, as Phil Foden’s goal was cancelled out by a sensational strike from Julio Enciso.

Pep Guardiola’s side face Manchester United in London next weekend when the two rivals meet in the Emirates FA Cup Final, with Sunday’s match against Brentford another chance for several players to stake a claim to start City’s upcoming domestic and European finals.

Erling Haaland has scored just once in his previous six matches, and Brentford are one of just a handful of opponents to have prevented the Norwegian from netting against them so far this season.

The Bees shocked City with a 2-1 win at the Etihad Stadium prior to the World Cup in November, with Thomas Frank’s side having secured a top half finish after an impressive campaign.

Brentford came from behind to beat Spurs 3-1 last weekend and have won four of their last five matches in the Premier League.
