Confirmed Match Officials: Crystal Palace vs Manchester City (Premier League)

Robert Jones will take charge of Crystal Palace versus Manchester City at Selhurst Park on Saturday evening, the Premier League have announced.

Manchester City can move within two points of league leaders Arsenal with a win in South London on Saturday night, with Pep Guardiola’s side buoyant after an impressive win over Newcastle United at the Etihad Stadium last weekend.

City, who are are in Champions League action on Tuesday, face Crystal Palace this weekend, with Patrick Vieira’s side still winless in 2023 despite having recently taken points off of both Manchester United and Liverpool at Selhurst Park.

An Erling Haaland hat-trick helped the Blues comeback from 2-0 down to beat Palace 4-2 at the Etihad Stadium in August, with City having won just one of the last three games against the Eagles.

City are unbeaten in their last seven games in all competitions and Saturday’s match is the Blues’ last Premier League match until April, due to FA Cup commitments and the upcoming international break.

Ahead of Saturday’s clash at Selhurst Park, the Premier League have announced the Match Officials for the fixture.

Match Referee

Robert Jones will take charge of proceedings in South London on Saturday, the Premier League have announced.

The referee has officiated 20 matches so far this season, showing 77 yellow cards and no red cards.

Jones last took charge of City in February, when the Blues beat Aston Villa 3-1 at the Etihad Stadium.

Assistant Referees

Jones will be accompanied at Selhurst Park by Assistant Referees Ian Hussin and Dan Robathan.

Video Assistant Referees

Overviewing proceedings from Stockley Park will be Video Assistant Referee Neil Swarbrick and Assistant Video Assistant Referee Steve Meredith.

Fourth Official

Thomas Bramall has been named as the Fourth Official.

The official will be overseeing conduct within the two dugouts, and the behaviour of managers Patrick Vieira and Pep Guardiola.
