Jarred Gillett will take charge of Manchester City’s Premier League clash with Bournemouth on Saturday evening.

Pep Guardiola’s side travel to the Vitality Stadium looking to move back to within one point of league leaders Liverpool following a crucial 1-0 midweek win over Brentford at the Etihad Stadium, courtesy of Erling Haaland’s goal.

Manchester City bounced back from a frustrating 1-1 draw against Chelsea last weekend with a victory over Brentford on Tuesday evening, as Haaland scored his third goal in four games, and 22nd of the campaign.

Bournemouth haven’t won in the Premier League since December, but sit 13th in the table and secured a point against Newcastle last weekend with a 2-2 draw at St James’ Park.

City thrashed Andoni Iraola’s side in the reverse fixture in November, winning 6-1 at the Etihad Stadium after goals from Jeremy Doku, Bernardo Silva, Manuel Akanji, Phil Foden and Nathan Ake.
