Manchester City are continuing to work on a number of arrivals and departures during the remaining days of the summer transfer window.

Pep Guardiola remains keen on signing a new midfielder before the summer transfer window closes on Friday, with Wolves and Portugal midfielder Matheus Nunes currently on strike, in an attempt to force a move to the Etihad Stadium.

The future of Manchester City’s Cole Palmer also remains uncertain, as Chelsea consider a late swoop for the England U21 international, following the arrival of Jeremy Doku from Rennes last week.

Midfield duo Tommy Doyle and James McAtee could also leave the club before the deadline, with a number of clubs circling to sign the pair, while the former is heading closer towards a switch to Molineux in a separate negotiation to Matheus Nunes.

Taylor Harwood-Bellis, who spent last season on-loan at Burnley, is also being targeted by a several Premier League clubs, with the 21-year-old out of contract at the Etihad Stadium next summer.
