Taylor Harwood-Bellis is available for a Manchester City exit this summer, as the Premier League champions outline their valuation on the England under-21 star.

The 21-year-old is heading off on his off-season holidays following a successful under-21 European Championship tournament with England, in which the Stockport-born defender captained the side to victory and six successive clean sheets en route to the trophy.

Success at the summer’s tournament also followed a hugely positive loan spell with Vincent Kompany at Burnley, in which Taylor Harwood-Bellis starred at the centre of a Turf Moor defence that not only secured automatic Premier League promotion, but did so via a 100-point haul and the Championship trophy.

Now however, with Pep Guardiola already having plenty of defensive options at his disposal and Manchester City working towards a €100 million transfer for RB Leipzig’s Josko Gvardiol, a significant decision will have to be made by Harwood-Bellis on his club future.

A new report has detailed Manchester City’s stance on a possible permanent exit from the club for the youngster, as well as the level of interest currently on offer in England’s top-flight for Taylor Harwood-Bellis following his outstanding 12 months.

According to the information of MailSport’s Jack Gaughan, Taylor Harwood-Bellis is set for a Premier League transfer this summer, with both Fulham and West Ham United keeping tabs on the centre-back.

It is further detailed that Manchester City value their academy graduate at around £15 million, with the defender having just one year remaining on his current Etihad Stadium contract.

Manchester City are expected to break their record amount for the sale of Academy graduates this summer, having worked on deals for the likes of James Trafford and Shea Charles in the last few weeks.

England under-21s Euro final hero Trafford is on the verge of joining Burnley in a deal that could rise from £15 million to £19 million depending on various add-ons, with Manchester City retaining a number of favourable clauses for the future.

As for Northern Ireland international Shea Charles, the 19-year-old has undergone a medical with Championship side Southampton, in a deal that could reach £15 million for a player that made his senior Manchester City debut on the final day of the previous Premier League campaign.

A sale for Taylor Harwood-Bellis at the amount mooted by the club in their press briefing would move them on the verge of breaking their in-house record, with the future of the likes of Tommy Doyle, James McAtee, Cole Palmer, Adedire Mebude, and Carlos Borges all still to be decided.

It is however expected that a number of the aforementioned talents will leave the club on temporary agreements, as opposed to sales, with Manchester City seeing deals as a fast-track towards greater senior level development.
