Manchester City look to reach Wembley in this season’s FA Cup, as they take on the runaway Championship leaders Burnley at the Etihad Stadium.

The contest will mark Vincent Kompany’s first return to Manchester City after leaving the club at the end of the 2018/19 campaign to pursue a career in football management, first joining RSC Anderlecht in Belgium.

This season has seen the Belgian coach return to England, taking charge of the recently-relegated Burnley in the Championship, and while transforming the Clarets’ playing style in the process, has put them on the verge of a Premier League return.

As such, Burnley will offer Manchester City a stern test when they make the short trip from Lancashire to the Etihad Stadium on Saturday evening, as both sides look to book their place in the final-four of this season’s FA Cup.

City come into the clash off the back of an outstanding Champions League performance, defeating RB Leipzig 7-0 at home in midweek – a game that featured a historic night’s work for Erling Haaland, who scored five goals in 60 minutes.

As City embark on their final match before an international break, here is how both Pep Guardiola and Vincent Kompany have lined-up their respective teams!
