Manchester City teenager Carlos Borges is reportedly subject to transfer interest from the Premier League and Bundesliga.

The 18 year-old is attracting interest from three clubs after an impressive campaign with Manchester City’s EDS in the Premier League 2.

Borges has been directly involved in 29 goals for City’s youth side across three competitions so far this season, scoring 10 goals in the PL2 and four in the EFL trophy and UEFA Youth League.

The teenager scored an 84th minute winning goal against Brighton on Saturday, as Brian Barry-Murphy’s team came from behind to beat the Seagulls 2-1 at the Academy Stadium.

Borges’ sensational start to the season has reportedly led to transfer interest in the forward, with Borussia Dortmund, Southampton and Brighton all linked with the 18 year-old.

The Secret Scout report that all three teams are “chasing” the signature of Borges, with the player currently open to a move that presents first team opportunities.

Borges is claimed to be consulting with his representatives, while Manchester City are open to selling the winger with a buy-back clause.

City have sold numerous youth players to the Saints over the past 12 months, with Gavin Bazunu, Romeo Lavia and Samuel Edozie all moving to the south coast.

The Blues also memorably sold winger Jadon Sancho to Dortmund before the player completed a £73 million switch to Old Trafford.

City’s EDS are currently fighting to retain their PL2 crown, sitting top of the table by one point.

The Blues also qualified for the knockout stages of the UEFA Youth League, with round of 16 fixtures taking place in February.
