Manchester City will travel to Tottenham Hotspur in their penultimate game of the Premier League season, it has now been confirmed.

The meeting between Ange Postecoglou and Pep Guardiola’s respective sides was initially pencilled in for the weekend of Saturday 20 April. However, the clash was postponed due to Manchester City’s involvement in the Emirates FA Cup semi-final.

City will take on Chelsea in the final-four of the FA Cup on that weekend at Wembley Stadium, with Manchester United taking on Coventry City in the other semi-final, while a repeat of last season’s Manchester derby remains on the cards.

Manchester City have already travelled to face Tottenham in North London this season, having overcome the challenge of Postecoglou’s side in the fourth round of the FA Cup, with a late Nathan Ake goal securing the victory.

Now, the third and final meeting between the two sides has been pencilled in during the closing stages of the season, in a contest that still has the possibility of being a mammoth tie with regards to the direction of the Premier League title.

Following confirmation from the Premier League and TV broadcasters, it has now been confirmed that Tottenham will host Manchester City on Tuesday 14 May with kick-off scheduled for 20:00, live on Sky Sports for those in the UK.

Manchester City’s trip to North London will follow a trip to West London, where they will take on Marco Silva’s Fulham on the Saturday prior – a fixture that has been rescheduled for the early kick-off slot.

Pep Guardiola and his players will then close out their 2023/24 Premier League campaign by hosting David Moyes’ West Ham at the Etihad Stadium. On-loan midfielder Kalvin Phillips will not eligible for the game.
