Michael Oliver will take charge of Manchester City’s final home game of the campaign, as Pep Guardiola’s side face Chelsea, looking to secure a third successive Premier League title.

Fresh from an emphatic 4-0 victory over Real Madrid to reach the UEFA Champions League Final, Manchester City can win their fifth Premier League title of Guardiola’s reign this weekend.

City need just one win from their final three matches to be crowned champions for a third straight season, or for Nottingham Forest to beat Arsenal at the City Ground on Saturday evening.

A win over Frank Lampard’s Chelsea would allow City players to lift the Premier League trophy at the Etihad Stadium, with Sunday’s match being the Sky Blues’ last home game of the campaign.

The Blues have won their previous five matches against Chelsea in all competitions and have already beaten the West London club three times this season, winning at Stamford Bridge and in the two domestic cup competitions.

Ahead of a potentially landmark afternoon at the Etihad Stadium this weekend, the Premier League have announced the Match Officials for the fixture.
