Simon Hooper will take charge of Manchester City’s Premier League clash with Nottingham Forest at the City Ground on Sunday afternoon.

Manchester City will continue their Premier League title push this weekend, visiting relegation-threatened Nottingham Forest at the City Ground on Sunday, with Pep Guardiola’s side still needing five wins from their remaining five games to secure a fourth successive title.

The Sky Blues extended their current streak with a comfortable 0-4 win over Brighton at the AMEX Stadium on Thursday night, courtesy of two goals from Phil Foden as well as Kevin De Bruyne and Julian Alvarez.

Manchester City are unbeaten in their past 30 matches in all competitions, but did drop points at the City Ground last season, drawing 1-1 with Forest in February 2023, as Chris Wood cancelled out Erling Haaland’s opener.

Forest, who are just one point clear of the relegation zone, suffered a 2-0 loss at the Etihad Stadium in the reverse fixture in September, after first-half goals from Foden and Haaland.
