Manchester City have their eyes on reaching yet another Champions League quarter-final on Tuesday night, with RB Leipzig the challengers.

The German giants make the trip to the Etihad Stadium knowing that their 1-1 draw against Pep Guardiola’s side from the first-leg gives them plenty of hope of knocking out one of the tournament’s favourites.

Riyad Mahrez’s opener in the first-half of last month’s first-leg initially looked like it had set Manchester City on their way to a routine victory in the Champions League once again, however a second-half fight back from Marco Rose’s side gave them plenty to think about.

That domination from the hosts in the second-half largely caught Manchester City off guard, and ultimately led to Josko Gvardiol – whom the Premier League champions view as a potential transfer target for the summer – scoring the equalising goal.

The clash against Leipzig is the second of three potentially season-defining games in the space of eight days, with an FA Cup quarter-final against Vincent Kompany’s high-flying Burnley next on the agenda for Manchester City at the weekend.

Turning attentions back to tonight’s contest, here is how both Pep Guardiola and Marco Rose line-up their respective teams for a showdown in Europe’s premier club competition!
