Confirmed Line-Ups: Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester City (Premier League)
Manchester City could move within two points of Premier League leaders Arsenal with a win against Tottenham on Sunday afternoon.
The Premier League champions are looking to capitalise on Arsenal’s surprise loss to Everton with a victory over their North London rivals Tottenham.
City, who remain winless at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, are yet to even score a goal against Spurs at their new ground.
Riyad Mahrez scored twice during an emphatic 4-2 comeback win against Tottenham at the Etihad Stadium last month, as the Blues bounced back from 2-0 down to secure a key victory.
Pep Guardiola will be hoping for another important win on Sunday, as City look for a first away win against Spurs since 2018.
City beat Arsenal in the Emirates FA Cup fourth round last week and are looking to make it four straight wins in all competitions.
Sunday’s match will also be the Blues’ first without full-back Joao Cancelo, who completed a late January move to Bayern Munich on loan.
