Pep Guardiola has named his Manchester City team for Tuesday night’s UEFA Champions League clash against BSC Young Boys at the Etihad Stadium.

City can secure qualification for the UEFA Champions League knock-out stages for the 11th consecutive season with a victory over Bern-based BSC Young Boys, after three successive wins in this season’s competition.

Manchester City defeated Young Boys 1-3 in their previous meeting at the Wankdorf Stadium thanks to a brace from Erling Haaland and a Manuel Akanji goal, in what was the first-ever meeting between the two clubs.

Pep Guardiola’s City side come into Tuesday night’s game off the back of a 6-1 win against AFC Bournemouth in the Premier League, in a win that ultimately moved the club to the top of the Premier League table by a single point.

Jeremy Doku was involved in five of the six goals at the Etihad Stadium, with the summer signing registering four assists and a goal of his own in an outstanding individual performance that has left Manchester City fans eager for more.

Manchester City take on Chelsea in their next contest after matchday four of the UEFA Champions League, travelling to Stamford Bridge off the back of Mauricio Pochettino’s side’s 1-4 win against Tottenham on Monday night.
