Ederson reveals Manchester City teammate VOMITED in Jack Grealish’s mother’s bag during Treble party
Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson has revealed that Ruben Dias vomited in the bag of Jack Grealish’s mother during the Treble-winning party this week.
Players, backroom staff, and wider Club employees gathered at Mayfield Depot in Manchester city centre on Monday night, in the fourth party that followed the club’s monumental success in the UEFA Champions League in Istanbul on Saturday night.
A single second-half goal from Rodri at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium recorded a 1-0 win over Inter to not only cement Manchester City’s place among European football’s elite, but also mark the end of the season with the completion of a historic treble.
Manchester City had previously won their third successive Premier League title, following the top-flight triumph with an FA Cup final win over Manchester United, before succeeding a third time in Turkey over the weekend.
Speaking during a press conference while on international duty with Brazil, the City goalkeeper was quizzed on the celebrations that followed the club’s city centre bus parade upon their return to Manchester from the Champions League final in Istanbul.
On the subject of alcohol in particular, Ederson revealed, “Nathan Aké doesn’t drink alcohol. There are other players who don’t drink but made an exception, which was the case with Rúben Dias but it didn’t work out for him.
The Manchester City goalkeeper continued on the Portugal international defender, as relayed by TNT Sport Brazil, “Two shots and he threw up everything and it was in Jack Grealish’s mother’s bag.”
Manchester City’s players have now jetted off for their final commitments of the 2022/23 season, as their respective nations take on up to three matches across the next two weeks in various competitions.
For Ederson and Brazil, they take on two international friendly contests against Guinea and Senegal on the 17 June and 20 June respectively, before the City goalkeeper will enjoy several weeks of holiday time ahead of the club’s pre-season campaign.
The Manchester City squad will head to Asia this summer for their pre-season preparations, where they will face three fixtures against Atletico Madrid, Bayern Munich, and City Football Group’s Yokohama F. Marinos.
