Manchester City travel to St Mary’s to face Southampton on Saturday evening looking to close the gap to league leaders Arsenal to five points.
City resumed from where they had left off last weekend, thrashing Liverpool 4-1 at the Etihad Stadium to record their seventh consecutive win in all competitions.
The Blues can move within five points of Arsenal with a win on Saturday, with the Gunners travelling to Anfield to face Liverpool on Sunday afternoon.
