Manchester City’s 2025/26 home shirt spotted on sale in US ahead of launch

The unreleased 2025/26 Manchester City home shirt has now been spotted on sale in the United States ahead of its official launch, expected later this month.

Puma’s latest design for the upcoming campaign will see the club don a sash element emblazoned across the front of the home shirt for the first time in the club’s history despite its historical links to the side.

Manchester City have had numerous kits in the past that have featured the sash design element but more often on away and third strips as opposed to the club’s traditional sky blue home shirt.

Supporters now already know, as per information reported elsewhere in the lead up to official images, that the next edition of the Manchester City home shirt will be predominantly sky blue with black logos and white accents, as well as a modern and textured white sash.

With the official launch of Manchester City’s 2025/26 home shirt expected to take place at some stage later this month, the strip has now been spotted on sale early in the United States by one user on social media.

Manchester City are expected to launch a total of five kits over the course of the coming weeks and months, with two special editions introduced to fans for the club’s appearance at the FIFA Club World Cup in the United States over the summer.

Pep Guardiola and his players will head over the Atlantic to defend their world title claimed in light of their UEFA Champions League success of 2023, with a group stage fixture list feature clashes against Juventus, Wydad AC, and Al-Ahly.

Neither of Manchester City’s kits for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup are expected to feature the club’s traditional sky blue colour, in a controversial move that will no doubt leave some supporters frustrated.

It is believed that Puma have collaborated with KidSuper Studios – a streetwear clothing brand based in Brooklyn, New York – to launch the two special kits that have now surfaced in early images on social media.
