Kyle Walker trains with Manchester City squad following CCTV incident

Manchester City were joined by Kyle Walker in training as normal on Wednesday morning, after an incident involving the defender was reported in tabloid newspapers.
Reports over the last 24 hours have suggested that the Manchester City and England defender could face a police investigation, after released CCTV footage appeared to show Walker “exposing himself in a Manchester bar”.
Details emerged courtesy of a report in The Sun on Tuesday night, after a video included within the story appeared to show Kyle Walker dropping his trousers in front of two women who he then engaged in conversation.
A separate report from The Guardian highlights that Greater Manchester police could take action, if the video footage is sent to the force. The newspaper states that under the Sexual Offences Act 2003, “a person commits indecent exposure if they intentionally expose their genitals and intend that someone will see them and be caused alarm or distress”.
However, despite the reports and details circulating amongst UK press throughout Tuesday night and into Wednesday, it appears to be business as usual for Kyle Walker and his involvement in the Manchester City first-team squad.
The 32 year-old joined his City teammates in training on Wednesday morning as they put together their preparations for a Premier League clash against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Saturday evening.
Manchester City themselves have already issued an early stance in regards to the incident involving Walker.
While City are yet to comment on the alleged incident publicly, it is understood – as per talkSPORT – that the Premier League champions do not intend to respond today.
Manchester City are said to consider this to be a private matter, on a sanctioned day off for their first-team playing squad, and do not expect any charges or internal investigation to take place.
The Mail have also gone on to state that they understand Kyle Walker has not broken any club rules while off duty, and the City star reported on time for training on Tuesday morning as the squad returned from their period of sanctioned time off.
