Kyle Walker spotted arriving at Milan Airport ahead of Manchester City loan exit
Manchester City captain Kyle Walker has been captured arriving in Milan on Thursday afternoon ahead of completing a loan move to the San Siro.
The 34-year-old is set to bring an end to his eight-year stay with the reigning Premier League champions this month by moving over to Serie A in Italy on loan until the end of the ongoing campaign.
When that initial agreement terminates, the agreement between Manchester City and AC Milan permits the latter to decide whether they wish to sign the England international on a permanent agreement.
The widespread understanding is that the iconic Italian club will be able to recruit Walker from the Etihad Stadium for a €5 million transfer fee, with a two-year agreement until the summer of 2027 lined up should they activate that option.
Now, as the move edges towards its completion with only a medical and formal documentation signing left to be fulfilled, Italian media have captured the moment Kyle Walker arrived in the Italian capital on Thursday afternoon to finalise a switch.

While Walker appears set to remain at the very top of European football during the closing stages of a remarkable playing career, the player has made no secret of his desire to one day return to his boyhood club, Sheffield United.
Speaking in light of recent developments surrounding Walker and his move to Italy, Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder told a media conference, “When he was talking about finishing his career at Sheffield United he never mentioned maybe he might visit the Middle East or somewhere in Italy before!
“We’ll still be there when he fancies that opportunity. It’s great to have incredibly talented individuals, who have achieved everything, that still have a love for Sheffield United. It’s brilliant. I know the club means a lot to him.
“He’s never forgotten his roots. I get the odd FaceTime call off him and a couple of his mates. He loves the club and no doubt, one day, you’ll see his face knocking around here.”
