Pep Guardiola worked alongside a 24-man squad in his final Manchester City training session before opening up the club’s latest UEFA Champions League account.

The Premier League champions will be looking to transfer their fine form in the Premier League over to the European stage, having won all of their opening four English top-flight matches this season.

Erling Haaland’s staggering goalscoring form has inspired his teammates to claiming top spot in the division after four matches heading into this weekend’s first meeting against title challengers Arsenal.

The Norwegian has scored nine goals in his opening four fixtures, including back-to-back hat-tricks against Ipswich Town and West Ham United, whilst his last outing saw him register a brace to mark a 2-1 victory over Brentford.

The Champions League returns this week with the visit of Inter Milan to the Etihad Stadium, in a repeat of the 2023 final in Istanbul, bringing back fond memories for the hosts who will be wearing their newly-designed fourth kit on Wednesday night.

Ahead of matchday at the Etihad Stadium, here is the complete 24-man squad list in Manchester City training working at the City Football Academy on Tuesday afternoon!

Manchester City remained without both Nathan Ake and Oscar Bobb from their open training session ahead of the visit of Inter this week, with the first-team pairing continuing their recovery from long-term injuries.

The Dutch defender sustained a muscular problem during the latest international break, while Bobb was ruled out for a number of months having fractured a bone in his leg ahead of the Premier League opener against Chelsea in August.

Nathan Ake is expected to make a return around the start of the next international break in October, whilst Oscar Bobb may begin some light work on the ball in late November, with a return to action in mid-December.
