Confirmed Line-Ups: FC Barcelona vs Manchester City (Pre-Season Friendly)
Manchester City embark on their penultimate pre-season friendly of their 2024 US tour on Tuesday night, as they take on FC Barcelona in Orlando, Florida.
Two games into their four-match schedule and Pep Guardiola’s side are yet to register a victory Stateside, despite plenty of encouraging performances emerging from members of the club’s young squad against Celtic and AC Milan.
Oscar Bobb’s fine showing against the Scottish Premier League champions was built upon against the Italian club in New York City, registering another assist and combining with Erling Haaland in a narrow 2-3 loss.
The 21-year-old is likely to be handed another opportunity to impress against top-level opposition, with Barcelona the next opponents at Orlando City’s Camping World Stadium in Florida on Tuesday night.
Manchester City come into the clash with a fully-fit squad at their disposal, and will no doubt be looking to further build on the minutes handed to their latest arrivals in Croatian duo Mateo Kovacic and Josko Gvardiol.
