Third confirmed Manchester City exit close to completion as ‘door opened’ to major Etihad arrival

Manchester City are close to finalising their third exit of the ongoing summer transfer window in a multi-million move to La Liga, reports issued on Thursday.

Those rumours coincided with several updates on the arrivals front, and who could come into the Etihad Stadium to replace the potential exit of mainstay goalkeeper Ederson to Saudi Arabia, if anyone at all.

Then there were the outgoings, and after a long few weeks of uncertainty surrounding the future of Sergio Gomez, the Spaniard’s fate has seemingly been confirmed. That alongside some significant updates on the future of Ederson.
